You agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Acumen’s other policies and procedures. You are responsible for all the content—including data—shared with participants through Box.com.
Acceptable Use
As a Box user, you must:
• Use the tool in a professional manner and for business purposes only;
• Comply with local, state, and federal security and privacy laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA and Privacy Act);
• Comply with other Company policies (e.g., Rules of Behavior and Non-Disclosure Agreements);
• Ensure that you only share content authorized for your entire audience to view.
Unacceptable Use
As a Box user, you must NOT:
• Upload, stream, or transmit any Sensitive or Proprietary Information to unauthorized participants (e.g., sharing sensitive data with an individual that does not have a data use agreement (DUA) or data licensing agreement (DUA) authorizing the individual to access that data);
• Download sensitive, confidential, or personal information to your non-Acumen device;
• Store or transmit any data or material that is fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Misrepresent or impersonate another person’s identity;
• Share your account with anyone else;
• Access Box.com from any non-Acumen device.
Breach and Incident Response
You agree that access to any Unauthorized Materials does not constitute authorization to access or use Unauthorized Materials.
You also agree to immediately report any suspected or confirmed Unauthorized Materials to ADIS (adis_support@acumenllc.com.) If, at any time, you gain access to Unauthorized Materials, you must cease to use Unauthorized Materials and contact ADIS (adis_support@acumenllc.com) immediately.
Non-Compliance
Non-compliance with this Policy may be cause for disciplinary actions.
